Since 2002, I have been fighting hard for the rights of the criminally accused. I am well aware that the Texas criminal justice system is one of the harshest in the country; therefore, my clients are often up against some of the worst penalties imaginable.
My clients are everyday people who often have jobs and families depending on them for love and support. I hate to see a momentary mistake, or a lapse in judgment strip my clients of their livelihood, their rights to their children, their personal possessions, and their right to bear arms.
While law enforcement and the criminal justice system may have good intentions, neither is fallible, and good people can be wrongfully convicted or sentenced to long, undeserved sentences. As a passionate attorney who knows you deserve a fighting chance, I welcome the opportunity to defend your constitutional rights and look long and hard for any police misconduct, any holes in the prosecution's case, or any other errors that may get you off the hook permanently.
As the founder of the Law Office of A. Oliver Hassibi, I limit my practice areas to criminal defense only. I can defend you against an array of charges, possessing the knowledge, tools, experience and the "fight to win" attitude that you need when you're up against the wall. I gladly offer free consultations to anyone facing criminal charges in the Fort Worth area.
I am a native of Austin, which is where I attended high school. After high school, I earned my Bachelor of Business Administration from Baylor University in Waco, Texas. Upon graduating, I went to work in the real estate industry for approximately five years. It was during this time that I decided to attend law school and focus my studies on real estate law.
During my first semester at the University of Texas School of Law in Austin, I took a course in criminal law. It didn't take me long to realize that I was hooked. While my original intention for going to law school was to study real estate law, I ultimately changed my career path which led to the opening of my criminal law practice, the Law Office of A. Oliver Hassibi.
